This is always an exciting time! Communities come together to harvest the olives that go to the mill to create fresh and vibrant olive oil. We celebrate this new oil now because it literally is the fresh fruit juice of so much labor. It's limited and offered for a very short time. It's the healthiest and freshest an olive oil will ever be!
