Sustainability and transparency are very important to us. We know our sources and develop relationships with producers, farmers, and millers. Our hands-on approach to following the growth of the trees, the development of the olive fruit, and participating in the annual harvest connects us to our final products so that we may share them with you. Our extra virgin olive oils are certified authentic and high quality.
