Description: This olive variety is well-known in Tuscany and, fortunately, grows happily in California too. Flavor notes of grass, herbs, artichoke, green almond, and green olive make this oil an excellent choice for hearty salads, soups, pasta, and meat dishes.

For a limited time, we're bottling our 2024 harvest oils in beautiful Italian glass that has a UV protection white powder coating to prevent light from degrading the oil. The volume is the same as our usual standard bottles at 375ml or 12.7 oz. The wooden cap fits a fitted pour spout in the bottle to control the pour of olive oil. We hope you enjoy the new look! 250ml and 500ml sizes remain in the typical amber glass bottles.
