Tuscan Blend is a robust, herbaceous extra virgin olive oil crafted from Italian olive varietals grown in California. Layers of green olive, artichoke, and fresh herbs are balanced by pleasant bitterness and a warm, peppery finish. Its classic Tuscan character makes it ideal for finishing steak, enriching minestrone, dipping with rustic bread and balsamic vinegar, or spooning over bruschetta.
Harvested and milled in November 2025.
