Layers of green olive, artichoke, and fresh herbs are balanced by pleasant bitterness and a warm, peppery finish. Its classic Tuscan character makes it ideal for finishing steak, enriching minestrone, dipping with rustic bread and balsamic vinegar, or spooning over bruschetta.
