California Arbequina is a delicate, buttery extra virgin olive oil with a smooth, fruity profile and notes of ripe apple and almond. Its gentle sweetness, low bitterness, and mild peppery finish make it especially versatile in the kitchen. Drizzle it over fresh fish, whisk it into vinaigrettes, finish pasta, or use it for baking when you want clean olive flavor without overwhelming other ingredients.
