Husband and wife team, Guilio Zavolta and Rachelle Bross, are stewards of the land, self-taught farmers, dedicated to health, nutrition, well-being and family. They rescued an old-growth orchard from destruction, re-cultivated the trees that now receive national recognition with award-winning extra virgn olive oil. Chefs from Chez Panisse, Seven Hills, and La Cigale appreciate the quality and flavor of their oils using them in their kitchens.
Guilio and Rachelle believe that pairing the oil with food is the best way to experience it so this event is a guided food pairing. Wine, cheese, and honey paired with their delicate Seveillano and bold Block X varietals will delight and surprise.
