Serves: 3-4 as an appetizer
Time: 5 minutes
Ingredients:
- 2 ripe peaches, sliced into wedges
- a handful of cherry tomatoes, halved
- fresh basil leaves, torn
- 1 ball of burrata
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 25-star traditional balsamic vinegar*
- basil olive oil*
- recommended: crostinis
Directions:
- Arrange your peaches and tomatoes on a serving plate. Sprinkle on the torn basil and add the burrata to the middle. Slice the burrata open and spread it out a little bit.
- Sprinkle on some salt and freshly cracked black pepper. To finish, drizzle a generous amount of balsamic glaze and basil-infused olive oil.
- Enjoy with some crostinis or a fresh baguette!
