Summer Burrata Salad

Summer Burrata Salad

Serves: 3-4 as an appetizer

Time: 5 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe peaches, sliced into wedges
  • a handful of cherry tomatoes, halved
  • fresh basil leaves, torn
  • 1 ball of burrata
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • 25-star traditional balsamic vinegar*
  • basil olive oil*
  • recommended: crostinis

Directions:

  1. Arrange your peaches and tomatoes on a serving plate. Sprinkle on the torn basil and add the burrata to the middle. Slice the burrata open and spread it out a little bit.
  2. Sprinkle on some salt and freshly cracked black pepper. To finish, drizzle a generous amount of balsamic glaze and basil-infused olive oil.
  3. Enjoy with some crostinis or a fresh baguette!
