Ingredients:
- a few handfuls of arugula
- a few fresh basil leaves
- 1 heirloom tomato
- 1 ball of fresh burrata
- 2 tablespoons basil olive oil or extra virgin olive oil*
- a drizzle of balsamic vinegar* (we recommend 12-year or 25 star traditional)
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
- Slice your heirloom tomato into 1/4 inch slices. Place them on your serving plate with the arugula.
- Tear your burrata ball in half and place on top. Add a few basil leaves and drizzle over the olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
- Finish off with flaky sea salt and fresh black pepper.
