Fresh Tomato & Burrata Salad

Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:

  • a few handfuls of arugula
  • a few fresh basil leaves
  • 1 heirloom tomato
  • 1 ball of fresh burrata
  • 2 tablespoons basil olive oil or extra virgin olive oil*
  • a drizzle of balsamic vinegar* (we recommend 12-year or 25 star traditional)
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. Slice your heirloom tomato into 1/4 inch slices. Place them on your serving plate with the arugula.
  2. Tear your burrata ball in half and place on top. Add a few basil leaves and drizzle over the olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
  3. Finish off with flaky sea salt and fresh black pepper.
