Ingredients:
- 2 Cups Watermelon juice
- 2 TBS. OTOT’s CA Ancho Chili Vinegar
- 2 oz. lime juice
- 1 cup sparkling water
- 2 lime wheels or wedge for garnish
- 1 TBS. Lava Salt & Tajin blend for rim
- 2 cups of ice to fill the glasses (optional)
Directions:
- Mix the lava salt and Tajin in a small flat plate. Run a lime wedge around the glass rim and dip in the salt and tajin mixture. Set aside.
- Combine the watermelon juice, Ancho Chili Vinegar, fresh lime juice. Taste and add simple syrup if needed.
- Fill glasses with ice.
- Pour the watermelon mixture over the ice, filling each glass about ¾ full. Top with sparkling water for a light, refreshing fizz.
- Garnish each glass with a lime wheel or wedge and serve immediately.
