Mocktail Spicy  Watermelon Margarita

Ingredients:

  • 2 Cups Watermelon juice
  • 2 TBS. OTOT’s CA Ancho Chili Vinegar
  • 2 oz. lime juice
  • 1 cup sparkling water
  • 2 lime wheels or wedge for garnish
  • 1 TBS. Lava Salt & Tajin blend for rim
  • 2 cups of ice to fill the glasses (optional)

Directions:

  • Mix the lava salt and Tajin in a small flat plate. Run a lime wedge around the glass rim and dip in the salt and tajin mixture. Set aside.
  • Combine the watermelon juice, Ancho Chili Vinegar, fresh lime juice. Taste and add simple syrup if needed.
  • Fill glasses with ice.
  • Pour the watermelon mixture over the ice, filling each glass about ¾ full. Top with sparkling water for a light, refreshing fizz.
  • Garnish each glass with a lime wheel or wedge and serve immediately.
