New to OTOT this year, this extra virgin is very aromatic and flavorful with notes of spice and herbs such as cinnamon and mint layered with mild tropical and floral notes, followed up with some fresh-cut grass. Low on bitterness and pungency.

Use for vegetables, salads, pasta, beans, avocado toast. Great for baking olive oil cakes too!
