This tasting will include three different and exquisitely crafted plant-based pastas paired with three varieties of extra virgin and infused olive oils. Plus two types of crostinis highlighting balsamic vinegar. Susie’s creations are gorgeous, and her fillings are all plant-based!
At this tasting event, you’ll also learn some tips for prepping and plating from Chef Susie. We’ll discuss why certain oils pair better with certain foods. Of course, we’ll then enjoy eating everything! We hope to see you there.
